I’m a conditioning therapist and a dietitian working with dancers in and out; that is, I help dancers manage their nutrition and eating (the IN), and provide Pilates based body conditioning classes (the OUT).
Throughout my personal and professional life I have seen, unfortunately, too many dancers lose their dream or their career due to unhealthful eating. Some eating disorders; some disordered eating; some prolonged injuries which could’ve been optimised through specific nutrition approach; and some unhealthy attitude towards, and relationship with, their own bodies.
So here I am on a mission to nurture healthy mind and body for dancers.
